  • Many people feel lost when it comes to regulating stress — exhausted, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in a stress cycle. This pathway helps you break out of that cycle so you can feel more grounded, reclaim your energy, and make choices with more agency and confidence.

  • I’ve studied neuroscience for over a decade, have my own lived experience with burnout, and have been teaching yoga and meditation for 7 years. For the past 5+ years, I’ve supported people with practical education and tools to regulate stress. Learn more about me here.

  • During our call, we’ll go over the signs and indicators to look for, so you’ll know exactly what to track as you move through the plan.

  • No — this is a process. The beginning is usually the hardest, but most people notice shifts within the first few weeks with consistent practice. Splitting the session into two calls can also help us fine-tune the plan once you’ve tried it for a bit.
