A brain activity map is more than just a scan; it’s a research-backed, science-based look at how your brain processes stress, energy, and emotion. It provides clarity so you can make informed decisions about your overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
What is a brain map?
Brain mapping—otherwise known as quantitative electroencephalography or EEG—is a non-invasive test used in neuroscience that assesses your cognitive function by monitoring three of your brain’s major networks.
Using four EEG electrodes, it analyzes the connectivity, efficiency, and function of several major brain regions in under 10 minutes—including the frontal lobe (executive functioning) and the limbic region (emotional processing and regulation).
Who is this for?Anyone navigating demanding responsibilities or who is deeply committed to personal growth
Brain mapping is a data-based window into how your brain is functioning in real time, a technique for understanding its inner workings.
This is more than a scan; it’s a tool that provides a deeper look into how your brain processes stress, energy, and emotion by analyzing brainwaves. We can then analyze its results to gain clarity into your overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being so you can make more informed decisions in your life. Because your brain is your most powerful tool and ally.

The appointment is split into two sessions: one in-person and one virtual.
In-person sessions (45 minutes) include an intake, a brain scan, a sneak peek at results, and a bonus 10-minute neurofeedback session tailored to your specific goals (e.g., meditation, cognitive enhancement).
You will also receive a full report with your results, including detailed descriptions of what it means, and a personalized action plan/recommendations.
A virtual 45-minute call to review the report together, answer questions and determine next steps.
FAQs

I use the TheraQ assessment, which compares your brainwave data to profiles from individuals with ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and sleep challenges. It provides scores for emotional regulation, cognition, stress, and sleep. It was developed by Dr. Nathan Brown from True Bearing Academy and runs on the Divergence Neuro platform.
-
Although more points provide more detail, the brain works in networks — groups of regions activating together. A 4-point setup is sufficient for identifying meaningful patterns and trends.
-
No. There is no passing or failing — this is simply a snapshot of your brain at one moment in time.
-
Some aspects may shift based on sleep, stress, or daily activities, while others reflect long-term patterns. This is why the intake questions before the scan are important.
-
No. This is not a medical-grade device or assessment. It provides insight into brain patterns but cannot diagnose medical conditions.
-
Yes — many people use it like a brain “check-up.” It’s also a great way to track progress over time.
